La Marina & San Fulgencio Computer ClubClub Rules
The following are the rules of the club as decided by the Club’s Committee and all members are required to comply with them. Failure to observe these rules or deliberately or accidentally contravening them, will result in either a written warning to the offender or, where the offence is consider grave enough, instant revocation of the offenders membership. Any such decision on disciplinary matters will be taken by the Club Committee and the member/s concerned will be advised of the Committee’s decision in writing as soon as is possible.
Members will be expected at all times to wear at least a minimum of shorts and tee shirt. The wearing of bathing costumes and/or going barefoot or bare chested on the Club’s premises is not permitted.
Foul and abusive language or excessive swearing is not permitted.
Members are expected to show each other respect. Racial or gender related abuse is not permitted and will result in the loss of membership for the offender.
Physical violence or the threat of physical violence from one member to another will result in the loss of membership for the offender/s.
Over indulgence in alcohol where it causes to offence to other members is not permitted. Repeated offences or drunkenness will result in loss of membership to the offender/s.
Members will be expected to take an active part in the setting up and clearing away of the Club’s equipment.
The theft of any item either from the Club or one of its members by another member will lead to the loss of the offender’s membership.
Should the occasion arise where an instant decision should need to be made during club hours, it will be made by any committee members present at the time. Members present are expected to respect that decision until such time as the problem causing the decision can be put before a full Committee Meeting or a quorum of the Committee.
Members are expected to pay their weekly attendance subs promptly upon arrival.
Any member who by actions or deeds is deemed to have brought the club into disrepute shall, at the discretion of the committee, have his/her membership revoked
Any member who deliberately causes damage to, or repeatedly abuses the use allowed, of the club machines, will have their membership revoked.
Members are expected to comply with all the rules and restrictions applied by the owners of any premises used by the club
