1.     A quick way to draw a single bar line across the page …. Type three --- (Minus Signs) and press enter.

 

2.     A quick way to draw a double bar line across the page …. Type three === (Equal Signs) and press enter.

 

3.     A quick way to draw a three bar line across the page …. Type three ### (Hash Signs) and press enter.

 

 

4.     To Change the screen to Blue with white text click on Tools / Options / General and tick the  “Blue background White Text” check box

 

5.     Showing Shortcuts with mouse pointer Click on Tools / Customize / Options and in “Others” check the “Show shortcuts in Screen tips
